A: Palbox is a subscription service that automatically replenishes your supply of the best of Palestine while helping Palestinian farmers and artisans and the International Solidarity Movement. You will receive a Palbox every 3 months when you subscribe.
A: You will always get 1 bottle of the finest Palestinian Fair Trade USDA Organic Extra Virgin olive oil, 2 bars of olive oil soap and a pack of za’atar (savory Palestinian herbs for cooking and pesto) in each box. And we will always include a gorgeous piece of sterling silver Arabic calligraphy jewelry with semiprecious stones, and a Palestinian cultural item.
A: First, it helps the producers of the products: farmers, artists and artisans, as well as entire communities that benefit from Fair Trade community development. Second, downloadable music and visual art bypasses the Israeli blockade of Gaza, and provides a living for Palestinians under siege. 100% of your purchase goes to the Northern California chapter of the International Solidarity Movement, which has been participating in Palestinian nonviolent resistance to Israeli repression since 2001.
A: We ship subscription boxes on the 1st day of each month to customers who subscribed before our cut off date of the 23th of the prior month. For example, if you subscribe between February 26th and March 23th, we will ship your Palbox April 1st. If you subscribe between March 26th and April 23th, we will ship your Palbox May 1st.
If you purchased a single Palbox we will generally ship within a week or two unless we have all products on hand, in which case we will ship within a day or so.
A: If you purchase the yearly plan you are billed once per year.
If you are on the quarterly plan you are billed quarterly and your credit card is charged on the 11th of the month before the shipping date of your next box. For example, if you sign up January 23th, your card is charged January 23th and your first Palbox is shipped February 1st. Your card is charged for your second Palbox April 11th and your second Palbox is shipped May 1st, and so on.
A: Currently we ship to the United States, Canada, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. Please be aware that any and all import taxes are the customer's responsibility.
