What We Preserve: The Story Behind Our Fall Palbox

Hello Palbox community,

For the past few months, we have been working with farmers, makers, and small producers to prepare our Fall Palbox.

From Hebron and Jenin to Chicago, each person involved in this collection is connected by a shared question:

How do we preserve our culture, our food, and our heritage as Palestinians and Palestinian Americans?

In Palestine, fall is a time to think ahead.

Herbs are dried for winter. Food is stored with care. Olive harvest season approaches. Recipes and traditions continue through the hands of families, farmers, and artisans.

Fall Palbox: What We Preserve

The collection brings together Palestinian foods, recipes, and everyday products connected to the creators, farmers, and artisans who continue to grow, make, share, and preserve them.
