When will I receive my first box?

We ship boxes on the 1st weekday of each month to customers who subscribed or make an order before our cut-off date of the 24th of the prior month.

For example, if you subscribe between February 25th and March 24th, we will ship your Palbox April 1st. If you subscribe between March 25th and April 24rd, we will ship your Palbox on the first weekday of May.
