Palbox

The Story Behind Every Palbox

When we created The Palestinian Pantry, we wanted to do more than explain olive oil, za'atar, sumac, and tahini. We wanted to connect these foods back to the places, traditions, and people behind them.

That's also what we try to do with every Palbox — bringing together Palestinian foods, products, stories, and traditions from farmers, artisans, authors, and small producers.

In a single box you might find an olive oil connected to a particular village, a spice used in Palestinian kitchens for generations, a book that carries recipes and family stories, or something handmade by an artisan whose work reflects a tradition passed down through generations.

The products change from box to box. The idea stays the same: bring Palestinian culture into your home while directly supporting the people behind it — one simple way to make your everyday spending reflect what you care about.
